Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent training and experience acceptable.
• Minimum five years of direct project management experience, preferably in enterprise technology or professional services.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology projects with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies and align with PMO standards.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dynamic project plans, including sprint plans and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources in a matrixed environment.
• Manage financial forecasting, budgets, capacity, and value realization metrics.
• Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for governance.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across portfolios.
