The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and delivery frameworks. This role involves facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, and managing financial forecasting, budget tracking, and resource capacity. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project resources efficiently, and maintains delivery standards with clear criteria and ongoing improvements.
This position can be based either in our Washington, DC, Chicago or New York City offices.
The position requires a Bachelor's Degree. Equivalent training and experience may substitute for education.
The position requires a minimum of five years of direct project management experience, preferably within an enterprise technology or professional services environment. At least three years of experience leading cross functional technology projects involving business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and executive sponsors.
$120,000 - $180,000 - Chicago and Washington DC
$132,000 - $190,000 - NY
Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance with applicable laws. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. The salary for this position may vary based on location, market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
