Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join JPMorgan Chase's Consumer & Community Bank Technology organization in Columbus, OH. This contract role requires 5+ years of experience leading large, complex programs and delivering strategic technology plans, with onsite work 5 days a week from 9:00 to 5:00.

You will oversee budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies, build strong stakeholder relationships, and guide technology selections and implementations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in large organizations.
• Impeccable communication skills with ability to influence and drive alignment.
• Understanding of project plans, project life cycle, and execution methodologies.
• Technical fluency and familiarity with contemporary platforms and software tools.

• Ability to manage dependencies and lead through change in high-pressure environments.
• Resourcefulness and sound judgment on when to escape or request support.

Role Logistics

Work schedule: Onsite, 5 days per week, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Interview process: Zoom, up to 2 rounds, preferably 1 panel or 2 back-to-back.

RTH is considered but not guaranteed.

Post-conversion grade 602-603.
