Position Overview

Atrium is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology projects. This role requires a combination of strong project‑management abilities and a thorough technical understanding of software development, infrastructure, and integration processes. The position offers a hybrid schedule of three days a week in our Atlanta‑based office.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross‑functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, starting with requirements gathering and continuing through post‑launch evaluation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical leads to define the project's scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests to support timely and successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and maintain clear communication among developers, SMEs, and technology leaders.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and present them to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Promote process improvements and apply best practices, particularly in Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to manage third‑party integrations or service dependencies.
Required Experience / Skills
  • At least 3 years of project‑management experience in technology or software development environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in project‑management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • PMP, PMI‑ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience working with cloud technologies, including AWS or Azure.
  • Experience working with RPA and low‑code/no‑code technologies.
  • Background in API integration or cybersecurity projects.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing computer‑based tasks.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
