Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementation and rollout initiatives from planning through deployment and transition to operations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, stakeholder communication, risk management, and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure successful delivery of complex software implementations.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience managing software implementations and rollouts, including deployment planning, readiness assessments, testing coordination, and transition to operational support.
• Strong project controls and planning skills, including integrated project plans, dependency management, risk and issue resolution, and clear status reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate project progress, decisions, impacts, and key updates to leadership and affected stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, align internal stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts, and facilitate timely decision-making.
• Ability to manage project milestones, track deliverables, resolve implementation challenges, and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
