Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives focused on IT test environments, test data management, and testing processes. • Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating executive-level reporting and status communications.
• PMP, CAPM, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with/managing IS providers.
• QA/Testing background is a strong plus.
• Experience leading operational excellence, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive accountability and results in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
• Experience utilizing project management and reporting tools to track execution and performance.
• Financial Services, Insurance, Operations, or Technology industry experience.
