Job summary

You will report progress, facilitate change, and collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in. This hybrid position blends remote work with on-site client engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in tech or telecom sectors.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Strong background in network and cellular technologies.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's/BSc in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

Lead and govern the execution of the company’s core projects from definition, through implementation, to production. Overall accountability and responsibility for the project delivery: scope, time, cost, quality, change, risk, dependencies, and development. Submit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards. Share critical information via status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information. Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. Collaborate and connect with external and internal stakeholders to ensure acceptance of project deliverables. Responsible for post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. This is a hybrid position, combining remote work and on-site work at the client’s location.

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Management or similar roles - a must
• Experience working with cross-functional teams/individuals on large scale projects - a must
• Proven background in network technologies- a must
• Technical experience with core cellular technologies- an advantage
• Recognized as a leader, able to inspire and motivate others, and the ability to formulate and articulate direction - a must
