Contechs, a strategic partner to the automotive industry, is seeking a capable project manager to lead a software development initiative in Michigan. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure quality targets are met.

The role requires hands-on experience with Agile methods, stakeholder communication, and rigorous documentation. You will drive UAT, maintain validation workflows, and create clear milestones and bug burndown to support a successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience managing a software development project.
• Familiarity with Agile software development and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience communicating with and managing stakeholders.
• Proven experience in project tracking and documentation.
• Ability to create and maintain a Gantt chart, timeline, milestones, and bug burndown.
• Strong familiarity with high-level testing concepts.
• Ability to execute high-level user acceptance tests.
• Understanding of industry-standard validation workflows to ensure suppliers follow quality processes.
