Job summary

Optimal Solution Company in Michigan is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead software development initiatives on site. You will drive project plans, manage stakeholders, and ensure milestones are met through Agile practices.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining gantt charts, timelines, and test plans; coordinating validation workflows; and executing high-level user acceptance testing to assure quality targets.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience project managing a software development project.
• Familiarity with Agile software development and Scrum methodology
• Experience with stakeholder communication and management
• Must have proven experience in project tracking and documentation
• Able to create and maintain a gantt char, timeline, milestones, and bug burndown
• Must have high level testing familiarity
• Must be able to execute high level user acceptance tests
• Must understand industry standard validation workflow to ensure suppliers are following sufficient processes to achieve quality targets

Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects using Agile methodologies.

• Maintain project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
