Apera in the SF Bay Area is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of 2–4 concurrent client projects, anticipate risks, and coordinate across delivery and product teams. This hands-on role suits someone with 3–5 years delivering enterprise software, AI, or ERP projects and a customer-facing background.

You’ll join a small founding team early on, with growth opportunities as the company scales.

• Customer-facing delivery experience is required.

• CS or related technical background is helpful but not mandatory.

We're recruiting a Technical Project Manager for a seed-stage start-up building AI for autonomous industrial operations.

The company is backed by some of the world's top VCs, and the founder has 10+ years in industrial AI. They're building out their founding customer team in the Bay Area and need an early Technical Project Manager to make sure what's promised gets delivered. You'd be an early hire on the ground, so there's real scope for growth and progression as the team builds out.

As the Tehcnical Project Manager you'll track internal client delivery across 2–4 concurrent projects, anticipate and report risks, and coordinate across delivery and product teams.

We're looking for 3–5 years' experience delivering enterprise software, AI, or ERP projects, with a customer-facing background. This is a hands‑on role: you'll support technical project execution across AI and Engineering teams. You won't need to write code, but a CS or related technical background helps.

You'd be joining a small team with no layers - a rare chance to get in early at a company solving real, physical problems.
