Apera in the SF Bay Area is hiring a Delivery Manager to lead enterprise outcomes end to end for AI-powered industrial operations. This hands-on role breaks projects into Jira tickets, coordinates with DevOps, QA and design, and ensures go-live and post-delivery measurement.
As an early hire you’ll own scoping, success criteria, executive reviews, and customer satisfaction for Fortune 100 customers, with growth opportunities as the team scales.
We're recruiting a Delivery Manager for a seed-stage start-up building AI for autonomous industrial operations.
The company is backed by some of the world's top VCs, and the founder has 10+ years in industrial AI. They're building out their founding customer team in the Bay Area and need an early Delivery Manager to make sure what's promised gets delivered. You'd be an early hire on the ground, so there's real scope for growth and progression as the team builds out.
As Delivery Manager you'll own enterprise customer outcomes end to end: from scoping and success criteria through to go-live, sign-off, and post-delivery measurement. You'll be the person Fortune 100 industrial customers trust to get things done, running exec reviews, owning escalations, and feeding what you learn back into product.
We're looking for 3-5 years' experience delivering enterprise software, AI, or ERP projects, with a customer-facing background. This is a hands‑on role: you'll break projects into Jira tickets yourself, work out customer technical issues without pulling in engineers, run demos that explain how the solution works, and lead delivery with DevOps, QA, and design teams. You won't need to write code, but a CS or related technical background helps.
You'd be joining a small team with no layers and direct access to the CPO - a rare chance to get in early at a company solving real, physical problems.
Generous package on offer - base, bonus and equity.
Based in the SF Bay Area. You'll need to be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
