Qualificações

• 3+ years of Project Management experience leading multiple projects.
• Experience in data, reporting, analytics, BI, or technical environments.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Project Manager - Data & Reporting

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid - 3-4 days onsite per week)
Duration: Long-term contract with potential extension beyond 2027
Pay: $50 per hour + optional medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support a fast-paced data and reporting organization. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management fundamentals with an understanding of data, reporting, and analytics environments. The successful candidate will manage multiple concurrent initiatives, drive project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables stay on track in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.

This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who can independently organize work, manage stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational structures with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 5-7 concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders across business, technical, and reporting teams.
• Drive project execution, risk management, issue resolution, and change management activities.
• Partner with data, reporting, and analytics teams to support project delivery and business objectives.
• Facilitate status meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability across project teams.
• Communicate project updates, dependencies, risks, and timelines to leadership and stakeholders.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing business needs.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiencies within the team.
• Build strong working relationships and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong core PM skills including planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, and change management.
• Experience working in data, reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or technical environments.
• Exposure to tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, reporting platforms, or data-focused applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward with limited direction.
• Proven ability to adapt, pivot, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise organizations or large-scale corporate environments.
• Background in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven initiatives.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology and business stakeholders.
