Job summary

Lakeshore IT Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead IT and software initiatives in Michigan. You will bridge engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure projects ship on time, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities include defining scope and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and blockers, running sprint ceremonies, tracking budgets, and communicating status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software or IT project management experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Technical background in engineering, systems, or cloud/infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• PMP, CSM or similar certification is a plus.
