• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, Agile methodologies, and DevOps.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, and/or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams, including architects and developers.
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 5+ years, or 13+ years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Ability to work onsite in Woodlawn, MD, five days per week.

The ideal candidate began their career as a Software or Systems Engineer, progressed into technical leadership, and now manages highly technical engineering teams and enterprise technology projects.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software development, cloud migration, and infrastructure modernization projects.


• Partner with architects, developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions and project roadmaps.

• Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.


• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Hadoop, or Redshift.


• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Git, and modern DevOps practices.


• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, FedRAMP, HIPAA, or GDPR.
