Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking an experienced Technology Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale Fraud technology programs using Agile/Hybrid methodologies. You will define scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, and drive success metrics while proactively managing risks and dependencies.

The role requires hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technology Project/Program Management experience.
• Strong experience with Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of application support and software technologies.
• PMP, CSM, or ACP certification is a plus.
• Exposure to Credit Cards, Fraud Detection and Prevention.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
