Overview:

Our client is undergoing a strategic transformation to enhance financial planning and executive-level reporting across the organization. This includes implementing a new enterprise system, migrating from Qlik to Power BI, and developing robust reporting solutions for senior leadership.

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee these critical initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are successfully managed across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage concurrent projects related to system migration, business intelligence (BI) platform transition, and executive reporting development.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Business Intelligence to align goals and ensure project success.
• Drive the migration from Qlik to Power BI, supporting both the technical execution and business adoption.
• Oversee the buildout of executive dashboards and reporting tools that support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within scope.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within enterprise systems or financial reporting environments.
• Proven experience managing BI tool migrations, especially from Qlik to Power BI.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting requirements at the executive level.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification or similar is a plus.
