Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the deployment and management of Access Capture, an application packaging tool hosted within an Azure tenant. You will oversee a dedicated team of engineers, drive ServiceNow integrations, and ensure milestones are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing end-to-end IT infrastructure or software deployment projects.
• Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of the Azure ecosystem.
• Experience managing projects involving ServiceNow integrations is highly desirable.
• Prior exposure to application packaging workflows or tools, specifically Access Capture, is a major plus.
• Experience with Intune.
• Experience with workstations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and ensuring technical deliverables align with project goals.
• Create, maintain, and own the comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Hold the project team accountable to strict timelines, track progress, and unblock issues as they arise.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates.
• Manage expectations across the practice and implementation teams.
• Lead the deployment and management of Access Capture within the Azure tenant.
• Drive system integrations with ServiceNow.
• Ensure project milestones are completed on time and within scope.
• Eventually support the Zero-Touch workstation program.
