• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or related leadership role.
• Experience managing complex technology projects in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience with Agile environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, technical requirements, resources, budgets, milestones, and timelines.
• Lead complex technology projects and programs from initiation through successful delivery.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and success criteria.
• Monitor project performance and proactively address issues, risks, and roadblocks.
• Develop and execute contingency and risk mitigation plans to maintain momentum.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Apply Agile methodologies and promote continuous improvement throughout the lifecycle.
