You will coordinate engineering, product, and business teams, manage vendors, and ensure alignment with client expectations and financial targets. The role requires strong technical fluency, formal project management expertise, and proven leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical or program management.
• Experience managing complex enterprise technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools.
• Hands-on experience with Agile environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow Demand Management.
• Vendor and financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans with scope, resources, budgets, milestones.
• Lead complex technology projects from initiation to delivery.
• Define objectives, deliverables, dependencies, milestones.
• Monitor performance, address risks and roadblocks.
• Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality.
• Apply Agile methodologies across the lifecycle.
