Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology projects within the GTI-RES team, guiding them from planning through delivery while aligning with business objectives, technical requirements, and client expectations.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, business, client, and vendor teams, applying Agile practices and strong technical fluency to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related technology leadership role.
• Proven experience managing complex technology projects and programs within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing project resources, budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering scope, resources, budgets, milestones, and timelines.
• Lead complex technology projects and programs from initiation through successful delivery.
• Monitor project performance and address issues, risks, and roadblocks; ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Apply Agile methodologies and promote continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
