Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline preferred.
• 10+ years delivering large capital projects within process industries; EPC project leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning, startup, and handover.
• PE license or Chartered Engineer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and technical execution of major capital projects from concept through startup and handover.
• Provide oversight across process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation & controls, utilities, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Manage interfaces with EPC contractors, licensors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement engineering standards, processes, and best practices to support project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, quality, and process safety requirements (HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, MOC).
• Drive project integration, schedule adherence, and operational readiness.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate risks and recommendations to leadership.
