Qualifications

• Requires strong mechanical engineering foundation and transition into project management.
• Experience managing large capital boiler, steam-generation, or utility power projects is highly desirable.
• Requires ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets, schedules, and scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex engineering and construction projects from award through final completion.
• Establish and manage project scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Own project financial performance including budget management, cost forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and execution plans; identify critical path and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, Quality, Finance).
• Manage external suppliers, contractors, and third-party resources; resolve contractual issues and claims.
• Serve as primary customer contact for technical requirements, schedule, cost, and scope; maintain strong relationships.
• Identify scope changes, develop and execute change orders and supplemental work.
• Provide leadership and direction to project team members and resources.
