Job summary

Global Engineering Talent LTD in the US is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a growing EPCM team across the US and internationally. You will shape the engineering function, mentor engineers, and translate client requirements into practical technical delivery plans for major capital projects.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, and coordinate with procurement, PM and construction, guiding bids and client discussions while leveraging the wider international group’s

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams within EPC/EPCM environments.
• Ability to translate client requirements into practical technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Experience with industrial manufacturing, oil & gas, or large capital projects is valuable.
• Current PE license preferred; mechanical engineering background of particular interest.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Translate client requirements into practical technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Lead engineering input from FEL/FEED through detailed design and delivery.
• Manage engineering resources, budgets, schedules and quality.
• Coordinate with procurement, project management and construction.
• Provide technical leadership to bids, proposals and client discussions.
• Leverage expertise from the wider international group.
