The Healthcare Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert (SME) serve s in a dual-function role supporting both Business Development and Customer Success initiatives. In the Business Development capacity, the SME will collaborate closely with proposal teams to craft compelling, technically sound, and winning proposals by leveraging deep expertise in healthcare supply chain operations, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and regulatory compliance to differentiate our solutions and articulate measurable value to prospective clients. In the Customer Success capacity, the SME work with the Delivery team to ensur e successful solution implementation, driving adoption, resolving operational challenges, and fostering long-term satisfaction and retention. This role requires a collaborative, client-focused professional who thrives at the intersection of strategic growth and operational excellence.

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
