Qualifications

• Two years of experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects in a technical environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, SOWs and other technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative assistance to Project Managers across the full lifecycle of concurrent projects.
• Prepare agendas, document detailed minutes, and track action items for meetings.
• Support project scheduling, resource planning, field staffing, and daily action item management.
• Coordinate and maintain project deliverables and contract records throughout their lifecycles.
• Assist in handling PWS/SOW/BOM/engineering drawings and submittals.
• Maintain test plans, ATRs, NR, and other documentation as required.
• Assist in cost estimating, budget tracking, and status reporting.
