Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, SOWs, and other technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support to Project Managers across the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects.
• Prepare agendas, document detailed minutes, and track action items for meetings.
• Assist with project scheduling, resource planning, field staffing, and day-to-day item management.
• Coordinate and maintain project deliverables and contract records throughout their lifecycle.
• Assist with PWS, SOWs, BOMs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Maintain test plans, ATRs, NR, and other quality records.
• Assemble and distribute project work packs to Site Superintendents.
• Support cost estimating, budgeting, and status reporting for projects.
• Review costs and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare travel cost estimates and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain project records and serve as communication link among stakeholders.
• Ensure activities comply with ISO9000 policies and report deviations.
