GlobalLogic seeks a Technical Release Manager / Technical Program Manager to lead planning, governance, coordination, and execution of technical programs and production releases for the Omnichannel Engagement Platform. You will coordinate across engineering leadership, operations, and external partners to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management, release management, or related roles for enterprise software.
• Experience leading complex software delivery with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record coordinating production releases and large-scale implementations.
• Strong grasp of Agile, SDLC, ADO, release governance, and production planning.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud, CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software practices.
• Ability to craft executive-level dashboards and status updates for senior leadership.
• Skilled in risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management.
• Experience coordinating engineering leadership, operations, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and governance of technical programs and releases.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to align with milestones and release objectives.
• Monitor program health and address issues impacting delivery.
• Translate technical solutions into executable implementation plans with leadership.
• Review implementation plans for completeness, sequencing, validation, and rollback.
• Consolidate activities into Azure DevOps work items, release docs, and runbooks.
• Provide executive-level recommendations and clear delivery insights.
