Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects end-to-end within the Data Centers group. You’ll define requirements, identify risks, manage schedules and budgets, and communicate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of critical infrastructure.

You’ll present analyses to executives, discuss tradeoffs with engineers, and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency of data centers and AI hardware.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
At least 2 years of program management experience.
Experience with data centers.
Experience in electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead technical projects for BMS and EPMS across Greenfield and Brownfield sites, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Respond to incidents in critical infrastructure using BMS/EPMS data; coordinate with vendors and implement preventative measures.
Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor system health and identify optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with operations teams and vendors to mitigate risks.
