Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex projects across Data Center Operations. You will define scope, schedules, budgets, and coordinate internal and external teams for Greenfield and Retrofit sites.

The role involves analyzing operational data, building dashboards, and communicating tradeoffs to executives. Strong experience with BMS/EPMS and AI-enabled automation is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with data centers and electrical/mechanical/systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects involving Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) for Greenfield and Brownfield sites.
• Respond to and resolve incidents related to critical infrastructure using BMS and EPMS data; coordinate with vendors and implement preventative measures.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor system health and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams and vendors to mitigate risks.
