Job summary

Dexmate is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of our software platform roadmap. This role will coordinate frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, AI/data, and robot-side teams to ensure platform releases are delivered on schedule.

You will own program milestones, coordinate delivery reviews, mitigate risks, and ensure production rollout while keeping stakeholders aligned in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical program or software project management experience.
• Experience delivering complex software platform, SaaS, cloud, IoT, or robotics projects.
• Strong understanding of software development and release processes.
• Excellent organization, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
