Job summary

Dexmate in the United States is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of our software platform roadmap, coordinating frontend, backend, cloud, AI/data, and robotics teams to deliver key releases on schedule.

You will own roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and launch timelines, lead cross-functional reviews, mitigate blockers, and oversee testing, release readiness, and production rollout in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical program or software project management experience.
• Experience delivering complex software platform, SaaS, cloud, IoT, or robotics projects.
• Strong understanding of software development and release processes.
• Excellent organization, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment; robotics platforms, fleet management, OTA, or AI systems are a plus.
