Job summary

Group14 Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Business Development organization to drive customer adoption of SCC55®. As the technical bridge between flagship automotive OEMs, electronics leaders, and internal engineering teams, you will oversee JDAs, sampling pipelines, and customer validation milestones from engagement to delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical program management experience in Li-ion battery, advanced materials, or automotive/EV sectors.
• Hands-on familiarity with lithium-ion cell chemistry and silicon-anode development.
• Ability to translate complex data for commercial teams and manage multi-stakeholder OEM engagements.
• Experience interfacing with major automotive OEMs, consumer electronics leaders, and global cell manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical program interface for commercial partners, facilitating technical deep-dives and JDAs.
• Drive customer sampling programs and cell qualification cycles to meet gating requirements.
• Collaborate with PMs, BD, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to align customer specs with internal roadmaps.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and risk mitigation to ensure milestones are delivered on schedule.
• Synthesize testing feedback and data to refine guidelines and report progress to stakeholders.
