Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance and ability to maintain it.
• 8+ years leading multidisciplinary technical programs.
• Experience translating mission needs into requirements and executable plans.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, HPC, modeling and simulation, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs involving AI, ML, HPC, modeling and simulation, and advanced software development.
• Translate customer missions and contractual requirements into technical objectives, roadmaps, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineers, researchers, data scientists, and external partners.
• Evaluate architectures and identify integration risks early.
• Oversee AI-enabled capabilities, GPU/HPC environments, and cloud infrastructure.
• Establish program execution rhythms through planning sessions and reviews.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, staffing, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Support capture and proposal activities and mentor staff.
