Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Safeguards Infrastructure and Evals in San Francisco. You will own operational health, drive reliability, incident response, and post-mortem processes while coordinating platform investments and cross-team dependencies.

You’ll work at the intersection of operations and program management with deep technical context to triage safety-critical pipelines and keep the machine running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Experience with operational or infrastructure-heavy environments.
• Ability to triage incidents and have technical conversations with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational health and forward momentum of Safeguards Infrastructure and Eval stack.
• Lead incident-response and post-mortem processes, ensuring follow-through on action items.
• Define and track SLOs with partner teams and surface results when not met.
• Maintain runbooks and ensure clear ownership of incidents during active incidents.
• Drive platform migrations and infra project coordination across multiple teams.
• Coordinate evals platform improvements and align with Safeguards system dependencies.
