We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Program Manager to lead complex software initiatives across cross-functional teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving clarity, alignment, and execution across engineering programs while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and strategic impact. You’ll define scalable processes, identify roadblocks early, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Accountabilities:

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning to execution
• Design and implement effective processes that drive alignment and accelerate delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to ensure program success
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams on engineering initiatives and best practices
• Identify project risks, track milestones, and maintain visibility across stakeholders
• Communicate program status and updates to all levels, including executive leadership
• Continuously seek improvements in workflows, tooling, and stakeholder collaboration

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager within engineering organizations
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Proven ability to lead complex B2B SaaS initiatives across multiple teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with experience presenting to executives
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without authority
• Ability to operate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bonus: Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence initiatives
