Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Setlist.fm platform. You will bridge product leadership and external vendors, translating roadmaps into delivery plans and coordinating multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in TPM for consumer-facing web platforms, strong cross-functional communication, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in Los Angeles and involves collaboration with Product Owner, Project Manager, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management for digital/web platforms.
• Experience coordinating with external engineering teams, agencies or vendors.
• Ability to translate product requirements into actionable work plans and milestones.
• Excellent communication across product, business, and technical audiences.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day technical execution and delivery coordination for the Setlist.fm platform, across external vendor teams.
• Serve as primary contact for external development teams and manage priorities and technical requirements.
• Translate product and business requirements into well-scoped tasks, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors on data infrastructure, dashboards, and web projects.
• Maintain timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality across all technical workstreams.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce friction between teams.
• Support platform stability by surfacing gaps and ensuring quality before release.
