About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager – Oracle CPQ to drive complex, enterprise-level Oracle CPQ implementations and business process transformations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, overseeing end-to-end delivery from configuration to platform integration. The ideal candidate brings a blend of hands-on Oracle CPQ domain expertise, strong cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record of managing enterprise commerce and ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Lead cross-functional program delivery for Oracle CPQ implementations, managing scope, timelines, risks, and technical dependencies.
• Architecture & Integration Strategy: Direct technical delivery involving headless CPQ integrations with modern commerce platforms, as well as downstream integrations with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion.
• Business Transformation: Drive both technical architecture implementation and business process transformation across quote-to-cash (Q2C) workflows.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between business, commercial, sales operations, and engineering teams to align strategy and delivery goals.
• Execution & Communication: Establish clear program governance, status reporting, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth, on-time project execution.

Key Requirements

• Oracle CPQ Expertise: Strong experience leading end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementations and complex enterprise software programs.
• Headless Commerce Experience: Proven experience delivering headless integrations between Oracle CPQ and front-end commerce/e-commerce platforms.
• ERP Integration: Direct experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion.
• Process Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead both technical execution and business process transformation initiatives simultaneously.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong background collaborating effectively across business, sales operations, product, and core engineering groups.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding program management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.
