Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Oracle CPQ Architect for a 06+ months contract, remote in the US. Pay range is $70–$75/hour, with comprehensive benefits.

You will lead Oracle CPQ architecture, design, and integration activities, translating business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions. The role requires 8+ years IT consulting, 5+ years CPQ Cloud experience, and hands-on CPQ implementations across ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT consulting experience.
• 5 years hands-on Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation.
• 3 full lifecycle Oracle CPQ implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Oracle CPQ Certification.
• Experience integrating CPQ with Fusion Order Management and Pricing.
• Knowledge of Subscription and Revenue Management processes.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Tech/Distribution/Telecom/Retail.
• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ migration or Oracle CPQ transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle CPQ architecture and solution design activities.
• Conduct requirement workshops and translate requirements into scalable CPQ solutions.
• Develop architecture, functional and technical design documentation.
• Recommend best practices and governance standards for Oracle CPQ implementations.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycle activities.
• Configure product models, attributes, constraints, and recommendation rules.
• Develop and maintain BML scripts, BMQL queries, and Data Tables.
• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle CPQ and enterprise applications including Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS, Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP, Oracle Order Management, and OIC.
• Support REST/SOAP API development and integration troubleshooting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
• Facilitate design sessions and architecture reviews.
• Mentor client and project team members on Oracle CPQ capabilities and best practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• 8+ years of overall IT consulting experience.
• 5 years of hands-on Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation experience.
• Experience delivering at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle CPQ implementations.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Oracle CPQ Certification.
• Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Oracle Fusion Order Management and Pricing.
• Knowledge of Subscription Management and Revenue Management processes.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Technology, Distribution, Telecom, or Retail industries.
• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ migration or Oracle CPQ transformation projects.
