• We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Oracle CPQ Solution Architect & Technical Lead with strong hands-on implementation expertise. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture, design, and successful delivery of complex Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions.
• Resource will act as a senior technical leader, guiding development teams, translating intricate business requirements into robust technical designs, and actively contributing to the configuration and development within the platform. This position demands deep technical knowledge of Oracle CPQ, a proven track record in solution architecture, and the ability to drive technical excellence.

• A proven track record as a Solution Architect and Technical Lead on significant Oracle CPQ projects is essential, along with demonstrated experience in integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud) and ERP systems.

Technical Skill-set

• Core Oracle CPQ Expertise:
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of all key Oracle CPQ modules: Product Catalog, Configurator, Commerce Process, Pricing Engine, Document Engine, Approval Workflows, Data Tables, and User Management.
• Proficiency in hands-on configuration of various Oracle CPQ modules, including Product Catalog setup, Configurator rules, Commerce Process definitions, Pricing models, Document Engine templates, and Approval Workflows.
• Integration Technologies:
• Strong understanding and practical experience with web services (REST/SOAP APIs) and various integration methodologies and tools.
• Experience in designing and implementing seamless integrations between Oracle CPQ and other critical enterprise systems such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud), ERP (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP), and Billing systems.
• Web & Database Technologies:
• Familiarity with other related web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, and SQL.
• Architectural & Methodological:
• Exceptional ability to define solution architecture, technical designs, and establish development standards.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and blueprinting of comprehensive Oracle CPQ solutions, covering quoting, pricing, configuration, proposal generation, and contract management processes.
• Develop detailed technical design specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution roadmaps that meet business requirements and are scalable, maintainable, and robust.
• Ensure that all solution designs adhere to Oracle CPQ best practices, industry standards, and enterprise architectural guidelines.
• Evaluate and recommend new CPQ features and functionalities to enhance business processes.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
• Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to a team of CPQ developers and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee all technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs, adherence to coding standards, and timely completion.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, design reviews, and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement within the team.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle CPQ, troubleshooting complex technical challenges and providing innovative solutions.

Hands-on Implementation & Development:

• Perform hands-on configuration of various Oracle CPQ modules, including Product Catalog setup, Configurator rules, Commerce Process definitions, Pricing models, Document Engine templates, and Approval Workflows.
• Design and implement seamless integrations between Oracle CPQ and other critical enterprise systems such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud), ERP (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP), and Billing systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration patterns.
• Lead and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and successful transition.
• Business Acumen & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and solution designs.
• Effectively communicate intricate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify potential project risks, propose proactive mitigation strategies, and manage expectations across teams

Education & Certification
