Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Operations to bridge programs across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Production and Quality as Digits next-gen robot deployments scale.

You will run weekly execution meetings, track risks and actions, administer Jira/Confluence tooling, and deliver executive-ready status through a single source of truth in a fast-moving hardware environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of program, project, or operations coordination experience.
• Demonstrated ability to run cross-functional programs and drive action items to closure.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence and Excel/Smartsheet for reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly deliverable check-ins with Supply Chain, Tech Ops, and Manufacturing.
• Track commitments, risks, and cross-team actions to closure.
• Prepare the monthly Operations Program Review pack with health metrics and escalation summaries.
• Surface risks early and escalate with specific asks; drive follow-through on decisions.
