Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Dayton, OH (onsite) seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead government reference architectures development and program management for open system architectures across Air Force programs and partners.

You will drive cost/schedule/performance, manage risks, and coordinate with Government and industry SMEs to ensure timely delivery of mission system software architectures. Applicants should have a TS clearance, 5+ years of technical program mgmt, 3+ years of technical execution, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a technical field.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• 3+ years in technical execution.
• 5+ years of technical program management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to form strong relationships with team members, customers, and partners.
• Strong technical proficiency with mission system software architectures.
• Experience coordinating Government and industry SMEs to meet objectives.
• Ability to own deliverables, cost, and schedule.
• Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven techniques to guide industry/government consortium in GRAs.
• Balance program cost and schedule to drive mission outcomes for Government customers.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team in developing and executing strategies for open architecture products.
• Develop easy-to-use Government Reference Architectures and standards from adopter feedback.
• Engage diverse stakeholders to rapidly incorporate feedback into ASE products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver successful program outcomes.
