Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in offensive cyber operations (red teaming, exploit development, vulnerability research).
  • Experience managing complex technical programs.
  • Familiarity with RF hardware and technologies such as antennas and SDR devices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end offensive cyber and RF-related projects from planning to delivery.
  • Coordinate budgets, schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Provide technical guidance across cyber, RF, and cross-discipline teams.
  • Interface with clients and government stakeholders; prepare technical docs and briefings.
  • Foster collaboration between cybersecurity specialists, RF engineers, developers, and researchers.
