• Minimum 5+ years of experience in offensive cyber operations (red teaming, exploit development, vulnerability research).
• Proven track record of managing complex technical programs.
• Knowledge of RF hardware and spectrum monitoring technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end offensive cyber and RF-related projects.
• Drive program deliverables, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Establish and track schedules, milestones, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks across program operations.
• Provide technical guidance on offensive cyber methodologies, tools, and operational planning.
