Job summary

MrBeast is building an AI-first engineering rebuild for the Beast membership app. You will own the program plan end‑to‑end across internal teams and external partners, maintaining strict milestones, dependencies, and risk control to meet a hard launch deadline.

You’ll serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product, and vendors, ensuring clean handoffs, strong documentation, and clear escalation when issues arise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM or program management in a technical environment.
• Experience managing programs with external vendors or development partners.
• Bonus for consumer app development, media/entertainment tech, or game SDK/mobile framework integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the program plan end to end across internal teams and external partners, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Drive structured weekly check-ins with leads to ensure alignment on integration milestones and early issue escalation.
• Enforce handoff standards so deliveries are ready, with documentation, onboarding, and acceptance criteria.
• Connect engineering, product, and vendor partners, translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders and escalating to leadership when needed.
• Foster a 'can't fail' execution culture by identifying risks, following through, and holding teams accountable without micromanaging.
