Beast Industries, led by MrBeast, is launching an AI-first engineering rebuild for a global audience. You’ll be the execution backbone, coordinating across internal engineering teams, game development partners, and multiple vendors to keep every handoff clean and milestones aligned for a hard launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM or program management experience in a technical environment.
• At least 2 years managing programs involving external vendors or development partners.
• Bonus points for consumer app development, media or entertainment tech, or game SDK/mobility integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the program plan end to end across internal teams and external partners, covering milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Drive structured weekly check-ins with all key leads, ensuring alignment on integration milestones and surfacing issues early enough to course correct.
• Enforce handoff standards so nothing ships without the receiving team being fully ready, including documentation, onboarding sessions, and acceptance criteria locked before any handoff closes.
• Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product, and vendor partners, translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders and escalating to exec leadership when needed.
• Build and maintain a "can't fail" execution culture by proactively identifying risks, owning follow-through, and holding teams accountable without micromanaging.
