Delart is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to specialize in mobile device lab operations with a focus on QoE of audio/video apps on mobile devices. You will coordinate engineering teams, manage R&D projects in networking and QoE, and oversee lab operations to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in technical project management within lab/R&D settings, strong data analysis skills, and experience handling resources across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical project management, including hands-on experience in a lab or R&D environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure and enhance project performance.
• Experience managing project resources, including personnel and equipment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technical management capacity.
• Knowledge in networking or QoE metrics, or video mobile applications, with testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering teams to facilitate project execution and align with goals.
• Track project progress and compile reports for stakeholders.
• Manage R&D projects related to networking and QoE, driving innovations.
• Manage project resources, including staff, lab technicians, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Prepare and publish detailed technical reports for internal stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the R&D lab, including equipment procurement and inventory.
