Job summary

Delart is seeking a Technical Program Manager focused on mobile QoE for audio/video apps. You will coordinate with engineering teams and oversee R&D projects in networking and QoE, ensuring timely execution and clear stakeholder communication.

The role requires hands-on lab experience, data-driven performance tracking, and strong cross-functional leadership to drive innovation and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, including hands-on lab/R&D environments.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools to measure and improve project performance.
• Experience managing project resources (people and equipment).
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering teams to drive project execution and alignment with goals.
• Track progress and prepare detailed stakeholder reports.
• Manage R&D projects related to networking and QoE, driving innovations.
• Manage resources including staff, lab technicians, subcontractors and equipment to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and publish detailed technical reports for internal stakeholders.
• Oversee daily lab operations, equipment procurement, and inventory management.
