Job summary

Delart seeks a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee mobile device lab operations with a focus on Quality of Experience (QoE) for audio/video apps. You will coordinate engineering efforts, manage R&D projects in networking, and ensure timely execution while maintaining lab integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a strong engineering background, 5+ years in technical PM within lab/R&D settings, and hands-on experience with data analysis to drive project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience in a lab/R&D environment.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools to measure project performance.
• Experience managing lab resources including personnel and equipment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a technical management role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering teams to drive project execution and align with goals.
• Track project progress and generate detailed stakeholder reports.
• Manage R&D projects related to networking and QoE, driving innovation.
• Oversee lab resources including staff, technicians, subcontractors and equipment.
