Position Title: Technical Delivery Analyst

Position Description

As a Technical Delivery Analyst, you will become part of Apkudo’s Quality Assurance Team in an effort to oversee and ensure all internal and customer deliverables meet exceptional quality standards. In this role, you will contribute towards improving accuracy and quality of deliverables through effective testing methods. All deliverables, such as test plans, data collection, and results, must be reviewed by the team to ensure that all deliveries to customers meet or exceed expectations.

The Technical Delivery Analyst is responsible for performing and monitoring testing procedures for web apps, smartphones, feature phones, tablets, and mobile accessories. You will work to resolve issues during testing, monitor timeframes to complete tasks on time, and handle routine as well as non-routine tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings exciting opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Ensure quality control of intermediate or final product deliverables.
• Test and evaluate multiple Android/iOS model and OS version mobile device variants.
• Execute fundamental QA testing methodologies, including exploratory, smoke, functional, and boundary testing across digital and hardware platforms.
• Identify, thoroughly record, and properly communicate bugs, defects, and issues associated with product releases to the development team.
• Document clear, detailed step-by-step reproduction instructions and expected vs. actual outcomes for identified defects.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Work with teammates to streamline existing test plans and contribute to the development and validation of detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Proactively communicate task status, potential risks, and assignment completion timelines to respective supervisors and program managers.
• Effectively and respectfully collaborate with assigned project teams and fellow coworkers.
• Independently handle responsibilities for assigned project(s) and perform tasks thoroughly and completely.

Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Practical experience using Jira and/or ClickUp for task tracking, workflow management, and bug reporting.
• Strong understanding of core manual testing principles and software development life cycles without reliance on specialized automated tools.
• Mobile device testing experience (Android/iOS) is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce technical reports and document each step of the test process.
• Proficiency with data handling in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, or Google Drive equivalents.
• Strong organizational and observational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple short-term projects independently.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work effectively with remote team members.
• Familiarity with Mac or Linux operating systems is a plus.
• Ability to work second shift, if needed.
