Job summary

MapLarge is seeking a Technical Program Manager / Lead Software Architect to drive architecture, delivery, and modernization across mission‑critical enterprise software. This role blends technical leadership with hands‑on system design, guiding engineers and customers through complex, high‑value initiatives.

You will shape technical strategy, lead multi‑team execution, introduce modern SDLC and AI‑assisted practices, and help build world‑class software used by millions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical program management.
  • Experience leading multi‑team technical programs or enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Ability to drive architecture discussions, solution design, and technical decision‑making.
  • Comfortable producing long‑form technical content and presenting to executives and customers.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage complex technical programs end‑to‑end.

  • Consulting experience or customer‑embedded delivery.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines (web, mobile, backend, cloud, DevOps, data).
